Grass Valley broker chosen for Nevada City court site selection

The Union - September 2010

The state Administrative Office of the Courts has chosen Christine Foster to be its local real estate broker as it seeks possible sites for a rebuilt Nevada City courthouse.

Foster has worked as a real estate broker in Nevada County since 1986 and has her own brokerage firm at the Country Club Office Park in Grass Valley.

Her experience working with government includes the acquisition of the Nevada County Juvenile Hall site, helping negotiate the Commercial Street parking lot exchange with the U.S. Forest Service, and Nevada City's acquisition of Hirschman's Pond.
